PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE

Our price match guarantee applies to identical products in stock at both other Australian retailers and our store at the time of price matching.
  • The product must be identical of the same model
  • In stock and available for immediate sale from an authorised Australian retailer
  • The price must be published online or from a printed catalogue/pricelist
  • Online price comparisons must include all applicable taxes and delivery costs
  • Not to be used in conjunction with any other offers
Exclusions
  • 'Parallel imports' or 'grey-market' products
  • Cash back, bonus, bulk purchase, or packages offers (i.e. supplier cashback or reduced price available via paper coupon or electronic code)
  • Offers not available to the general public, including trade, special events, club or membership offers
  • Products shipped from or sold by any auction sites, manufacturers, distributors, importers or third-party sellers on marketplace
  • Clearance, seconds, refurbished, ex-demonstration or display products.
  • Pricing errors 
How to request price match 
  • Record the price - send us a link to the competitor’s product, screenshot on your phone, photo of the product with price in store or similar.
  • Let us know - Contact us using the form, live chat or email us.
  • Match and Save - We'll contact you to process your order and discount

PAYMENTS

  • Payment can be made by bank transfer or any Visa/Mastercard. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the dispatch of your good or provision of the service to you.
  • With the volume of fraudulent credit card transactions increasing, any purchase over $500 is preferably made over bank transfer, or additional identification is required as recommended by our Shopify. Please live chat or email us to place your order using bank transfer.
  • All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable to you for any delay or non-delivery.
  • We take the risk of internet fraud very seriously. To ensure that your card is not being used without your consent, we may contact you to make additional security checks and we ask for your co-operation to enable us to complete them.
  • We will not tolerate fraudulent transactions and such transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
  • Please rest assured that credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Techsmax offers standard and express delivery options, both are trackable via Aus Post. Delivery costs for your purchase are calculated by the size and weight of the items and displayed in the shopping cart. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can monitor your delivery progress every step of the way.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver one order to multiple delivery addresses or to PO Boxes.

WARRANTIES & RETURN

All products at Techsmax are covered under the Australian Consumer Law. We offer 12-month-warranty from order date unless otherwise stated.

As the home automation experts, we’re here to help when technology doesn’t work as you expect it to. Get in touch with us when you have any issues or need assistance. Generally, our technical team are able to resolve most issues. If for any reason it cannot be resolved, please return the item to us for further inspection, repair, or replacement.

For products' optimum performance, we recommend an internet speed of at least 30Mbps.
